Overall it was an excellent staycation.Luxurious hotel, super helpful and friendly staff (Mostafa receptions), great restaurants (little miss India) and (blowfish), amazing beach and pool, strict sanitation policy which is great, same goes for the shisha (mashrabeya terrace). Once more we thank you for choosing our hotel f and very much look forward to having the opportunity to serve you again in the future. The staff were very polite and helpful specially Mr Sherif Ahmed, Front Office Director who expedited our check-in and Ms Evangie who helped us to check out.
